Your reservation with Aria Zen Tours signifies your acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions outlined herein, effective from 2024. We kindly ask you to thoroughly review and familiarise yourself with these guidelines. Your commitment to these terms ensures a harmonious and delightful journey.

2.1. To secure your reservation, a deposit, equivalent to $100, is required at the time of booking.

2.2. Full payment must be received 10 days prior to the start of the tour. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

3.1. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund.

3.2. For cancellations made within 5 days of the tour start date, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.

3.3. No Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or cancellation made at or during the tour, no refunds or credits will be provided. Aria Zen Tours understands that unexpected situations may arise, and we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover potential cancellations.

4.1. Aria Zen Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide equivalent services or alternatives.

4.2. Clients may request changes to their booking, subject to availability and additional fees.

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Aria Zen Tours does not provide travel insurance.

Clients must inform Aria Zen Tours of any health or medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. This information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure the safety and well-being of the participant.

7.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, tour guides, and local communities. Aria Zen Tours reserves the right to remove any participant not adhering to this code without a refund.

7.2. Respect for local customs and regulations is paramount.

8.1. Aria Zen Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients during the tour, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.

8.2. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Aria Zen Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9.1. Clients consent to Aria Zen Tours using images and/or videos featuring them, taken during the tour, for advertising, the company's website, and social media. Clients grant a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license for Aria Zen Tours to use such images/videos for publicity or promotional purposes.

9.2.Respecting your privacy is our priority at Aria Zen Tours. If you have specific reasons or personal preferences regarding the use of your images in promotional materials, please inform us in writing at the time of booking the tour.

9.3. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please note that if you happen to be incidentally captured in the background of photos or videos taken during the tour, despite our best efforts, we cannot take responsibility for such instances.

10.1. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas for travel.

10.2. Clients are responsible for booking and managing their flight tickets to and from the tour destination. Aria Zen Tours does not provide assistance with visa applications or flight bookings.

Aria Zen Tours is not liable for disruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, and other force majeure events.

At this point in time, Aria Zen Tours apologetically does not cater to individuals using wheelchairs. We are actively working towards improving accessibility options in the future.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Aria Zen Tours harmless from any claims arising out of their participation in the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to injury, illness, or damages.

These terms and conditions are valid unless updated by Aria Zen Tours. Clients will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, travel insurance and health regulations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the denial of travel.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Aria Zen Tours will work to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable one that achieves the original intent as closely as possible.

Aria Zen Tours is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in weather conditions, government regulations, and supplier-related issues.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. No modification or amendment to these terms shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
